MuniciPAY was created to be customizable for the needs of individual government entities. Service Fee models can be utilized to completely eliminate processing costs, or only for select departments to offset processing costs. All payments, whether accepted over-the-counter, via phone, by mail, or online, are captured in one comprehensive reporting system.
I can honestly say there is nothing we don’t like about it. Everything has gone smoothly. We have not had to call with any questions or problems since the first week of using it.
