Reporting

MuniciPAY offers a variety of reports for its users. Reports can be used to view the details of any transaction run through MuniciPAY, including transactions processed over the counter, online, or through integrated third-party software.

There are 4 standard reports:

By Batch

A breakdown of transactions sorted by deposit account. Eg, What were our total sales on Tuesday?

By Department

A breakdown of transactions run within a selected department per day. Eg, How many transactions were run in the Parks & Rec Department today?

By User

A breakdown of transactions run by a selected user by day. Eg, How many Marriage Licenses did Joe process last Thursday?

By Item

A breakdown of transactions run for each unique payment item per day. Eg, How many Parking Permits did we process yesterday?
