Signature

Gmail Setup:

1. Click on one of the signature links (it will open a new tab):
   MuniciPAY Signature
2. Press Ctrl + A to select the signature.
3. Press Ctrl + C to copy the signature.
4. Open your gmail and go to Settings in the upper right corner.
5. Under the General Tab there will be a box in the body of the page titled Signature.
6. In that box press Ctrl + V to paste the signature into the box.
7. Edit the content to your contact information and press Save Changes at the bottom when done.

Outlook Web App Setup:

1. Click on one of the signature links (it will open a new tab):
   MuniciPAY Signature
2. Press Ctrl + A to select the signature.
3. Press Ctrl + C to copy the signature.
4. Open your Outlook Web App and click on Options in the upper right corner; then select See All Options.
5. On the left side navigation select Settings.
6. There will be a box in the body of the page called Email Signature.
7. Press Ctrl + V to paste the signature into the box.
8. Edit the content to your contact information and press Save at the bottom when done.
